1. Returns:
- We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day you receive your order.
- Our return policy allows for a full refund once we receive the returned item at our warehouse. We'll process the refund promptly to your original payment method.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe.
- We kindly ask that the returned item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
- We do supply a return label for shipping, however the cost of the return label will be deducted from your return.

2. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
