All Orders are Currently Shipping Free!

We’re excited to offer free shipping on every order while we prepare to open our showroom. Until we have a physical location where you can easily pick up your items, we’re covering all shipping costs as our way of saying thank you for your support. Stay tuned for updates on our opening.

We offer free ground shipping within the contiguous United States on every order. Your order will be shipped using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible, and you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days after your order is placed.

Lead Times

Unless otherwise stated, all items are in stock and ready to ship. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Our dedicated team ensures accurate order picking and fast preparation. We prioritize your satisfaction and will keep you updated on your shipment's progress.

Please note that orders placed after 3:00 pm ET may not be received until the following business day.

Stated lead times will not apply to orders containing single item quantities of 25 or greater. Please contact us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 25 or greater.

Expected Delivery Dates

All products are shipped from our distribution centers in California and Florida and usually arrive within 3-5 business days. Please make sure to take transit time to your location into account when ordering. Standard transit times within the U.S. can vary from a day to a week, depending on the destination and weather conditions. Whenever possible we will ship via FedEx. Larger items and high volume orders will be shipped LTL.

Specific Delivery Date Requests

If you need delivery by a certain date, or you need delayed shipment to a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipment Notifications

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.

Standard delivery includes bringing the furniture to your home address. It does not include specific placement or removal of the packaging, including pallets. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the shipment appears to be damaged, or if there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging, please contact us.

Freight Shipment and Delivery

If your order will be sent to you via freight, here are some things you should know:

  • Please allow 2-4 business days for tracking to update on the carrier’s site.
  • All freight orders are delivered curbside.
  • Removal of packaging or pallets is not included.
  • Carriers will typically contact you beforehand with a delivery date. You may be responsible for holding fees by the carrier if delivery is not arranged within a reasonable time (per carrier’s discretion).
  • You can request specific dropoff locations such as next to your garage. Please note this is at the driver’s discretion and you may be responsible for any fees issued by the carrier for this extra service.
  • We recommend someone be present when your order is delivered by the carrier to sign the Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Before signing the POD, check your order to make sure you received the correct items and that nothing is damaged. If not please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Nonstandard Shipments

For orders shipping to an address outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote. In order to obtain your quote, we will need your delivery address and a list of the items you intend to purchase. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Change of Address

You are able to change your delivery address for free before your order has shipped. After you receive a shipping notification email, charges will incur if you need to change your delivery address. Please contact us to update your delivery address.
